Start with Triana Preview

Build a private local Behavior Map from conversational traces you are authorized to use. Start through your coding agent or run the exact Preview release directly.

Use with your coding agent

Triana Skills 0.1.2 gives Codex or Claude one controlled onboarding workflow for inspection, adaptation when required, validation, analysis, and local report verification. The skill is Apache-2.0.

Codex

codex plugin marketplace add Triana-AI/triana-skills
codex plugin add triana@triana-skills

Claude Code

claude plugin marketplace add Triana-AI/triana-skills
claude plugin install triana@triana-skills

Restart the coding agent after installation, then begin with a plain request:

Use Triana on this trace file: /path/to/traces.
This is what my agent does: <short description>.

Read the Triana Skills source and installation notes.

Run Triana Preview directly

Python 3.13 is required for this alpha. Triana Preview is source-available under PolyForm Free Trial and is not open source. Use the exact isolated release:

uvx --python 3.13 --from 'triana-preview==0.1.0a2' triana-preview --help

Read the Triana Preview source and license.

What the workflow produces

Triana Preview returns private local JSON, Markdown, and HTML. The Behavior Map contains proposed user-demand populations, repeated behavior patterns, readable supporting evidence, emerging or unresolved observations, and typed gaps.
