Beta policy
Privacy Policy
Effective 6 August 2026
What we collect
We may collect information you submit through this website, such as your email address when requesting design-partner simulation access. We may also collect limited operational and security logs needed to run and protect the website.
How we use website data
We use submitted contact information to respond to requests, coordinate design-partner access, maintain the website, and address abuse or security issues.
Triana Preview data
Triana Preview runs locally. Raw traces and generated Behavior Map artifacts are not uploaded to Triana through the Preview workflow. Only use traces you own or are authorized to process, and remove credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.
Selected model providers
Semantic analysis is explicit. If you authorize it, redacted excerpts may go directly from your machine to the model endpoint you select under your credentials. That provider's retention and privacy terms apply. Redaction is not anonymity.
No sale or advertising use
We do not sell personal data. We do not use trace data for advertising.
Security
No software or online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or data you are not authorized to process.
Retention and requests
We retain website contact and operational data while needed to respond to requests, maintain the website, protect the service, and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may request access or deletion by emailing akarshgajbhiye@gmail.com.
International processing
Website service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy and security practices apply to the services they provide.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta changes. The effective date at the top will change when a revised policy is published.
